Synthetic Paper / PVC Menus are an awesome alternative to traditional paper menus simply because they are waterproof, tear resistant, and easy to clean. We've all been to restaurants with worn out menus and these PVC menus provide an excellent cost effective alternative.  

Available in a single 4.25x11" or 8.5x11" sheet or a 17x11" bi-fold size to accommodate any number of menu items.

    Our synthetic paper materials are similar to a PVC plastic which is waterproof and tear resistant.  Ideal for constant, everyday use.

  4. For comparison, business cards are typically around the 15pt thickness so in most cases we recommend the 14mil or the 18mil material for the most durable menus.
  5. *Color Options


    Which color option should I choose?

    Most folded cards are printed full-color on both sides, particularly those that include color images. If your folded cards don't contain color images or only have them on one side, you might consider a different option instead.

    Two-color printing, as its name implies, uses two ink colors. One is typically black, but it doesn't have to be. One-color printing uses just a single color of ink. Again, black is most common, but you can choose a different color if you prefer.

    Full-color printing provides the maximum impact and visual appeal for most folded cards. However, if your budget is tight, a well-conceived two-color or even one-color design can prove an acceptable alternative.

  6. *Round / Square Corners

  7. Due to the durability of this material square corners can be sharp and it is recommended to round the corners, specifically on the thicker material options.

    Please let us know if you need the project to be completed by a certain date or specific time.  Our quote and production team will ensure that we can meet your deadline.

    Note: Shipping and delivery are not included in these turnaround times.

  12. *Hard Copy Proof


    If you also require a hard copy proof please let us know and we can produce a physical print that can be reviewed before production.  This proof will be available at our shop and we will not begin production until it is approved.

  13. Every order will receive a digital artwork proof to review and approve before we begin production.

    If you also need a physical hard copy proof of the product please let us know and we can print a physical sample.

    Artwork setup is additional if needed and is based on the complexity and time involved of the design work.  One of our designers will review the project with you and give a quote for any design work before we begin.
